I use data, programming and visuals to tell immersive and interactive stories. The following samples were created using languages and libraries like HTML, JavaScript and D3, and/or using data compiled and analyzed by R, Python, QGIS, and many other tools. The samples range from alternative design layouts I created, to embedabble charts, interactive maps and collaborative projects. One story earned a James Beard Foundation Award for innovative and visual storytelling; another was nominated for the same award the following year.
